LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — As winter's chill moves closer to the Lake, many waterfront establishments take the chance to hibernate after a busy season—while others remain open for business, welcoming late-season boaters and anglers or landlubbers seeking a waterfront meal or drink.

See the list below for local waterfront bars and restaurants, and whether they are open or closed for the season.

1932 Reserve -- Open Wednesday - Saturday at 4 p.m. starting in November Contact at: 573-693-9197

Backwater Jacks -- Closing Nov. 5th. Open all week starting at 11 a.m. Contact at: 573-348-6639

Boondockz -- Hours reduced after Halloween 

Captain Ron's -- Currently open Friday-Saturday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Sunday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Closes October 30th Contact at: (573) 374-5852

Franky & Louie's Beachfront Bar and Grill -- Closing Sunday, October 30. Contact at: 573-374-5750

Horny Toad's at Camden at the Lake -- Open all season, 7 days a week. Serving food from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. (bar open til 12:30 a.m.) Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. (bar open until 1 a.m.) Contact at: (573) 365-5620

Lake House 13 -- Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 4 p.m. - 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. Contact at: 573-372-8339

Maggie's On The Lake: Open for the season 

Millers Landing -- Open 7 days a week 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. through the end of October 

Neon Taco -- Closing Sunday, October 30th. Contact at: (573) 964-6064

Papa Chubby's Food and Booze -- Open Friday - Sunday 11 a.m and closing for the season Saturday, October 29. Contact at: 573-374-8000

Red Fox -- Open Monday - Wednesday and Friday - Sunday. Kitchen closed Monday thru Wednesday. Closing Sunday, January 1

Redhead Lakeside Grill -- Currently open 7 days a week. First week of November, hours reduce to Sunday - Thursday 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. and  Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.  

Shorty Pants Lounge -- Monday, Thursday, Sunday 11 a.m - 9 p.m. and Friday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. Closing in November Contact at: 573-302-1745

Surfside Bar and Grill -- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday closing at 7 p.m. and Friday, Saturday and Sunday closing at 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. Open all year.

The Wet Spot -- Monday - Tuesday closed, Wednesday - Thursday 4 p.m. - 9 p.m., Friday 3 p.m. , Saturday 12 p.m. - 1:30 a.m., Sunday 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. Breakfast ends at the end of October
