With all the choices at the pub, here are a few things to try when you go:

To Drink

Sanctuary Brewery-06.jpg

Easy Blonde Ale

Like it's name, this mild ale is golden and easy-drinking with a well-balanced flavor profile. American hops are used for a crisp aroma with subtle citrus notes. Crushable!

Blueberry Kölsch

Kölberry is a beer that combines the crisp traditional German Kölsch with the sweet and tart flavor of natural blueberries. Made with real fruit (as are all their fruited beers), Kölberry has a vibrant purple color and an ABV of 5.2%.

Riverbottom Nightmare

Riverbottom Nightmare is a traditional Westcoast IPA with light haze, moderate bitterness and a bold citrusy aroma. It’s known for its refreshing finish while clocking in at 7.5% ABV.

Dad Bod Oatmeal Stout

Brian's favorite (and named for what it did to him), Dad Bod is dark and full bodied, has a malty flavor with notes of coffee and chocolate. The addition of a generous amount of oats gives a thick, creamy head with a velvety mouthfeel.  Sip this beer. It’s made to be savored not pounded.

To Eat

Bacon Of Hope

This is like popping candy. Dates, stuffed with goat cheese, are wrapped with Three Brothers Meat Co. bacon for a sweet and tangy treat with a slight crunch. It's the perfect bite.

"Southern Man" Meat & Cheese Plate

Not your average charcuterie board, this features a trio of sliced kielbasa, smoked beef sausage, and smoked turkey sausage, served with hot BBQ sauce. With spicy feta stuffed mini bell peppers, an olive medley, cheese curds, pickled vegetables, and crackers, this is a great option for those who want variety and something savory.

Pub Grub Beer Cheese Mac 'n Cheese

Savory and smokey, this dish will have you going "mmmmm." Tender spiral noodles are smothered in a house-made stout beer cheese, with the smoked sausage trio and cracker crumble to boot.

The Sanctuary Flatbread

A slight twist on the classic pepperoni, the crispy, house-made crust has a drizzle of hot honey that steals the show—sweet with just enough heat.
