LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — Warm temperatures and clear skies are in store for the Lake area this week.

After a cold, rainy spell that brought approximately three inches of rain in the closing days of October, November is beginning with better days. The National Weather Service is calling for a high of 61 degrees and breezy conditions on Monday, followed by high temps in the low-70s through the rest of the week and into the weekend. Overnight lows will drop only into the 50s, and mostly sunny skies are expected all the way through the weekend.

This week’s temperatures will be about 10 degrees above the normal average for this time of year.
