Blake Shelton Hits Lake Of The Ozarks Hotspots For A Weekend Of Fun

The Lake of the Ozarks has more than its fair share of high-rollers, with mini-yachts, speedboats, and countless coves lined with million-dollar homes. But last weekend brought a superstar who's becoming a familiar face: Blake Shelton.

The country and TV star stopped through the Lake area on a sultry summer weekend, making his rounds through multiple Lake of the Ozarks hotspots. Meanwhile, wife Gwen Stefani was on tour in the U.K... not far from where the St. Louis Cardinals were playing the Chicago Cubs in two-game London Series.

Blake and his crew visited Dog Days Bar & Grill on Saturday — quite a "happy birthday" gift to the venue that celebrates its 30th year this year, and threw a birthday bash on Sunday night.

They also stopped by Coconuts Caribbean Beach Bar & Grill — at the 7 Mile Marker of the Lake's Gravois Arm, about 19 miles from Dog Days. Blake stopped for a photo op with a couple of security officers. And the Coconuts crew posted about it on their Facebook page.

The post, predictably, went viral.

It's not Blake's first trip to Lake of the Ozarks — aka God's country, Missouri edition. In June of 2020, he and spouse Gwen Stefani made a big splash by swinging through the Lake area. While much of the country was still sitting at home during Covid lockdowns, Lake of the Ozarks was wide-open, and Blake and Gwen enjoyed a sweet escape from their home — Ten Point Ranch in Oklahoma — by coming to the Lake, stopping by Dog Days and local waterfront cajun restaurant Shorty Pants.
