OSAGE BEACH, Mo. — In the second store closure at the mall in less than a week, Skechers staff have confirmed the store will be closing its location at the Osage Beach outlet mall.

The last day for the Skechers store to be open in Osage Beach will be Wednesday, Jan. 25. The store is offering a Buy One Pair, Get Another Pair 50% Off deal. Allegedly, the company is planning to open a store at Battlefield Mall in Springfield.

Last week, Coach announced it was leaving the once-thriving Osage Beach outlet mall. That store's last day was Saturday, Jan. 21.

At its height, the mall had more than 100 stores and was a massive draw for visitors. But the outlet center has seen a rapid decline in the past decade and now the shopping center sits mostly empty.
