Based in Bourbon, Mo., Stellar Stone Works is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2025, marking a decade of delivering quality countertops to homes throughout Missouri. And now, Lake-area homeowners no longer need to make the nearly two-hour trip to view their options in person. As of March, Stellar Stone Works has opened a showroom in Eldon, giving local customers the chance to see and feel the countertops up close while choosing the perfect fit for their homes.

“Our customer service and attention to what is important to them sets us apart from other businesses. We love the challenge of custom countertops and giving our customers exactly what they want,” owner/partner Miranda Falloon remarked.

For Lake homeowners or contractors ready to get started with new countertops, a quick call to Stellar Stone Works gets the ball rolling. Lake customers can come to the Lake of the Ozarks showroom to choose color, edge style and type of material before laser precise measurements are taken and a stone is procured from the supplier.

Customers are always welcome to hand-select slabs from the suppliers in Kansas City, especially if they have a good idea of what they want. Falloon recalls one memorable customer—an artist with a passion for dragons—who chose a slab because she saw the shape of a dragon within the stone’s grain. Stellar Stone Works ensured that the unique feature became the centerpiece of her countertop. “She had a specific design vision and we were able to bring it to life,” Falloon explained.

Stellar Stone Works offers several different types of countertops, including:

• Marble

• Residential kitchen or bathroom countertops

Stellar Stone Works walks their Lake customers through the process of choosing the stone and deciding on what will best compliment their home and personal style.
