“Some families have been our customers for four generations,” said Larry Jacobsen, the man who wears all the hats including owner of Jacobsen Appliances. Jacobsen’s mother and father opened Jacobsen Appliances on July 1st, 1959.

With his father a WWII and Korean War veteran, and himself a Vietnam vet, Larry Jacobsen unwaveringly supports veterans in the community. Jacobsen is also a part of a group of 5,000 dealers around the country that use their clout to negotiate prices with suppliers. This is how Jacobsen can ensure that his customers get the very best deals on appliances.

Jacobsen Appliances will price-match any appliance that they sell, if there is a better deal available somewhere else.

Their repair crews and installation service help homeowners rest easy, too: customers trust Jacobsen Appliances. Customers who are leery of buying from big box stores can buy from an independent store with a personable staff at Jacobsen Appliances, and they can browse online too, thanks to an easy-to-navigate website and a Facebook page.

Jacobsen Appliances also offers brands that discerning homeowners know to look for, but which they won’t find at the big box stores. Two words: Speed Queen. They also sell Thor Kitchen dishwashers, Sub-Zero refrigerators, and Wolf range/stoves. (If you know, you know.)
