OSAGE BEACH, Mo. — After 15 years with the city, Osage Beach City Attorney Ed Rucker has announced he will be retiring.
Rucker recently gave his official notice of resignation to the Mayor, the Board of Aldermen, and City Administrator Jeana Woods. His last day with the city will be in February.
The city has put out an RFQ (Request for Qualifications) for Contractual Municipal Attorney Services, for the purpose of soliciting interest in providing the City with Municipal Attorney Services, until it is able to fill the full-time employment position vacated by Rucker.
The deadline to respond to the RFQ is Friday, January 27, 2023.
Woods added, "Ed has been with the City for 15 years and will be greatly missed!"
