Lake Regional Hospital - Entrance Sign

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. — Five people went to the hospital Friday morning after a crash on Highway 42. 

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 17-year-old girl from Osage Beach was driving a Toyota Sienna around 7:20 a.m., Oct. 2, when it went off the roadway, then returned and crossed the center of the road, hitting a Subaru Forester head on east of Highway 134. 

The girl had three male passengers with her, all from Osage Beach, including a 15-year-old, a 13-year-old, and a 9-year-old. The driver and passengers had minor injuries from the crash. 

The Subaru driver, a 23-year-old woman from Crocker, sustained serious injuries in the crash.

Miller County Ambulance and Pulaski County Ambulance transported all those involved to Lake Regional Hospital.

Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene by Grand Towing.
