CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. — An Iowa man was injured Sunday night when his ATV crashed off the road and overturned.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported 21-year-old Andrew Copeland, of Bettendorf, Iowa, was driving a 2014 Polaris Razor 900 along Great Lake View Drive, south of Laurie, at a high rate of speed just before 9 p.m. The ATV went off the right side of the road, hit an embankment, and overturned several times, throwing Copeland from it, the Patrol says.
Copeland sustained moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.
