Time For New Boat Flooring? Nauti Renovations Transforms Boats With AquaTraction

It's summer, and boaters have had enough time to take the boat out and notice: it needs new flooring.

Since 2018, Nauti Renovations has been the exclusive dealer of AquaTraction in Missouri and the surrounding areas, and owners Erica and Rick Butkovich have built a long list of happy customers.

This boat flooring lives up to its reputation. Each AquaTraction floor is tailor-made for the boat it’s going into. The process starts with Nauti Renovations taking a digital scan of the boat, which can involve upwards of 2,000 data points to ensure accuracy.

And not only is it completely custom, AquaTraction is made from the most high-quality foam on the market: 100% polyethylene foam. Erica explains other boat flooring products are typically either 100% EVA foam, or a blend of EVA and polyethylene: “So our product is the highest quality on the market. It's more durable, it has a great cleanability. And we have yet to find anything that will stain our product.”

AquaTraction is also UV-resistant which is perfect for the wear and tear that can happen from getting out in the sun and having fun on the boat (we all know the perils of sun damage and drink spills!) But AquaTraction holds up so well that even after multiple years of use, it still looks factory fresh.

For those customers that aren’t wanting to adhere anything to the deck of their boats, Corinthian Marine, is a snap-in carpet replacement. It is produced from a solution dyed fibers enhanced with UV stabilizers that protect it from extreme sun and moisture. Nauti Renovations creates mats that fit better than your original carpet. When combined with AquaTraction a unique and completely re-designed look for your boat is obtained.

Nauti also offers choices for anglers; they specialize in restoring bass boats to their original glory.  They offer a variety of services, such as 24 or 28 ounce carpet from BassCat, which has a reputation for being the best in the industry.

Nauti Renovation’s growth — thanks to the quality of the product and the high level of service for their customers — has necessitated a new, larger building.

“The new building is very exciting because it’s freed us up to do a lot more winter projects. Especially with bass boats, those are longer projects because we'll have to pull all the carpet, refit the lids, and put carpet back down.”
