Kennth A. Moffitt (January 13, 1935 - June 25, 2018)

Kenneth A. Moffitt, age, 83, of Gravois Mills, Missouri, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018 at Lake Regional Hospital. He was born in Bristol, Connecticut on January 13, 1935.

Kenny retired from the US Army as a Master Sargent. He received several medals during his service including, Army Occupational Medal – Germany, National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Recruiter Badge, Marksman with Carbine and Expert with 45 Caliber Pistol. He lived in Phoenix, Arizona for several years and moved to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2015 with his wife Margie. He enjoyed all his friends and neighbors so much. He was a member of the Osage Community Elks Lodge #2705 in Laurie.

Kenny was preceded in death by his father, mother, four sisters, a granddaughter and a great-grandson.

He leaves his wife, Margie; daughters, Debbie and husband Dave of Stilwell Kansas and Valerie and husband Eric of Sierra Vista, Arizona; sons, Keith of Phoenix Arizona and Kent and wife Joy of Phoenix, Arizona; three step-children; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

Kenny will be missed by all his family, friends and neighbors. He loved to tell jokes and sang oldie songs. He sang all the time. He is now singing in Heaven with the Angels

A service will be held at a later date.
