MILLER COUNTY, Mo. — An investigation is underway and an autopsy is scheduled to try and identify the remains of a body found in Miller County on Monday, and to try and discover what happened.
The Miller County Sheriff’s Office reported Monday afternoon, June 11, that they received information about human remains found in a rural area of the county. An investigation began, with assistance of the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control. No more details were provided on Monday.
