LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — Is that... the water patrol boarding a pirate ship?

The Missouri State Highway Patrol's training maneuvers near the Grand Glaize Bridge on Tuesday afternoon were enough to make a driver do a double-take.

UpStream Towing posted a video of the training on Facebook with the comment, "What in the Pirates of the Grand Glaize..."

MSHP Trooper Dylan Green told LakeExpo it was an MSHP Troop F SWAT training activity.

The Patrol borrowed WFO Watersports' tiki barge to practice "tactics and hostage rescue," Green said.
