Crystal Wilson wasn’t expecting to fall in love with an RV resort. She was simply looking for a place to stay.
After bringing her teenage son and his friends to a truck show on the Strip, the Wilson family needed somewhere to park for the night. They ended up at 2Beaches RV Resort—and what was supposed to be a convenient place to stay quickly became something much more.
“It was so peaceful, and everyone was so kind and friendly,” Wilson said. “When we got home, we talked about it for three days straight. We just loved it.”

Located on the 7.5 MM at 31733 Aqua Vita Road in Gravois Mills, 2Beaches is named for its two picturesque white-sand beaches. A laid-back “I’m on vacation” atmosphere keeps visitors coming back. Seasonal sites run from April 1 through October 31, and guests can store their RVs at the resort over the winter.
Soon after that first weekend, the Wilsons snagged a seasonal spot at 2Beaches so they could enjoy the RV resort every time they came to the Lake.
“This is our spot to come to. It’s so wonderful, so when they needed someone to manage it, I knew I wanted to make sure it stayed wonderful,” Wilson said.
Now the park manager, Wilson works to preserve the welcoming atmosphere that first drew her family to 2Beaches.
For many families, the swim dock quickly becomes the favorite gathering spot. Tucked into a private cove, it offers the perfect place for swimming, floating and hanging out together. Along with the two white-sand beaches that gave the resort its name, a playground, pickleball court and basketball goal keep kids entertained.
2Beaches has an on-site bar and restaurant that serves pizza and wings. On the weekends, the restaurant has a delicious breakfast menu and the bar features live music a couple of times a month.
Other fun activities at 2Beaches include cornhole tournaments, an October chili cook-off and Fourth of July golf cart parades.
For boaters, 2Beaches offers boat and WaveRunner slip rentals, with more boat slips being added for next season. Boats can be left over the winter on boat lifts or in the storage lot, and trailer parking is free. A boat ramp also provides convenient access to the Lake.
And Lake guests don’t have to own an RV to enjoy the resort. Three lakeside cottages sleep up to six people each and are available as nightly rentals. Booking directly through 2Beaches provides a convenient option without additional fees often associated with third-party vacation rental sites. Overnight RV sites are available as well.
