Memorial Weekend Fireworks Guide For Lake Of The Ozarks

Memorial Day is the biggest weekend of the year at Lake of the Ozarks. With more visitors to the Lake than any other weekend, it's a sure sign boating and vacation season has begun!

For Memorial Day Weekend, families from across the country flock to the Lake to enjoy fun on and off the water: that includes some incredible fireworks! And what's the only thing better than watching that dazzling show? Watching it on the water.

NOTE: Fireworks shows don't always start exactly on time, so it's always a good idea to arrive pretty early and enjoy the typically pleasant weather on the water!

Memorial Weekend Fireworks Schedule 2024  

 Celebration Cruise Fireworks Show

Date: Saturday, May 25

Time: Board at 8 p.m.

Join Celebration Cruises as they host a fireworks show! Depart from Bagnell Dam in Lake Ozark at 8:30 p.m. and return an hour later. There's a full service bar where you can purchase drinks too!

Cost: $45/adult, $30 for children ages 3-10

Inn at Grand Glaize

Date: Saturday, May 25

Time: 9 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.)

Free fireworks show from the Inn at Grand Glaize Cove with a DJ playing from 6-10 p.m. The hotel grounds are open to the public for fireworks viewing. Get there early for a front-row seat!

Bear Bottom Resort - Fireworks Show

Date: Saturday, May 25 & Sunday, May 26

Time: 9:45 p.m.

Directions: 38 Mile Marker /

Hwy 5 to 123 Bear Bottom Drive in Sunrise Beach

Live Music by KC Groove Therapy - Fri, Sat & Sun @ 7 p.m.

Waterslides open 7 days a week starting Memorial Day Weekend

View by land at Bear Bottom Resort or by water at the 38 Mile Marker. 

 Shuttle buses will run from Bear Bottom's overflow parking areas as well.

 Tropic Island Cruises - Fireworks Cruise

Date: Sunday, May 26

Time: Board 8 p.m @ Margaritaville, Return 10 p.m.

Starting at Margaritaville, Tropic Island Cruises sails on the Lake of the Ozarks to watch fireworks light up the night sky in honor of Memorial Day! 

Cost is $45/Adult and $30/Child Ages 3 - 10
