Lake Days was started by husband-and-wife team Mike and Pamela Quinn. Originally from Nebraska, the pair first came to Lake of the Ozarks after buying a second boat but they quickly fell in love with the area.
“We came down here just to explore the Lake and see if this might be a good place for us,” Pamela said. “We fell in love with it. My kids still make fun of me because every time we go over the bridge, I’m like ‘Boys! Look at the lake!’ It’s just such a beautiful place.
Previously, the couple had a 25-year history of property management experience in Nebraska. Now, only a two years after establishing LakeDays.Rentals, they now manage more than 120 properties across the Lake from the Dam to the 60 Mile Marker including homes on the Gravois & Niangua.
“With my husband's experience as a general contractor and my background in business development, we made the perfect partnership for vacation rental management,” Pamela said. “We’re a family-owned business and in the early stages, our family did laundry, inspections to property runs. Working together to build LakeDays.Rentals has created memories of a lifetime for all of us.” The team of LakeDays.Rentals has grown to a dozen local leaders serving guests and owners.

“We have one of the lowest commission rates at the Lake, and we are committed to maintaining that,” Pamela said. “When we came here at that lowest point so many people said ‘Well that's great but you won’t be able to keep it. “We have invested in incredible technology partnerships that allow us to deliver very high-quality guest and owner experiences, like allowing us to track every task that we have in a property. Whether someone goes in to change a filter, clean, or inspect; we use technology to track it and record pictures to show the completion and quality. This helps us be accountable to the homeowners as to how we care for their property; and helps us know what the guest will experience for their stay,” she emphasized.

“We have team members that focus on delivering a personalized experience to each guest, and those team members actually live in the areas that they serve; so they're very familiar with all of the guest experiences,” said Pamela, “They will find out from the guest what they're interested in and some facts about their trip. Do they have young children? Is it all primarily adults? Are they celebrating a special event? Do they want to be on the water or do they want to explore by land? What’s their budget? So they gather this information from the guest and then provide the guests with a personalized plan for their stay.”
