Originally from Dubuque, Iowa, Aimee has had a connection to the Lake of the Ozarks since childhood. Family vacations at the Lake created memories that ultimately led her family to relocate and make this beautiful area their permanent home.

Now living in Lake Ozark with her husband and their three children, Aimee truly understands what makes this community such a special place to live, work, and raise a family.

After two successful years in real estate, Aimee is making the move to LakeExpo Real Estate, and she says she’s eager for what comes next.

“I have done some of the oddest things for my clients. One time, I remember crawling through a spidery crawlspace to install a covering on a water heater because it helped the sale go through,” Aimee recalled with a smile. “I always love to help.”

In another case, with a tight deadline looming, Aimee and another agent found themselves at a seller’s home, putting up drywall and nailing down a few loose boards on the deck to make sure the sale stayed on track.

While her commitment to getting the job done speaks volumes, Aimee keeps her attention on the client, not the sale. “Some people treat this as just a business. I connect with my clients because I treat them like friends. I love to continue hearing from them after the sale. I love hearing about updates and remodels on the homes.” For her, the closing table is not the end of the relationship — it’s often just the beginning.
