He was born on September 9, 1946, in St. Louis, Missouri.

John was a man of many passions who truly knew how to enjoy life. He loved the thrill of drag racing at Alton Raceway, competing in Bass Fishing tournaments, bowling, watching NFL games at the stadium or his favorite barstool, and playing pool as a proud member of the Garyoke’s @ The Anchorage pool league. Above all, John was known for his social, easy-going spirit – always the life of the party and turning ordinary moments into unforgettable memories.
