CAMDENTON, Mo. — The 19th annual Newcomers/Longtimers Home Tour will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This year, selected homes in the Cross Creek area of Camdenton will be featured. Traveling on Hwy. 54, the entrance to Cross Creek is 3.5 miles west of Big Surf Water Park and just east of the Camdenton Wal-mart.
The home shown above is just one of the six homes on the Home Tour.
Jeff & Carol Zelms, the owners of the above home, saw a vision of their dream home on “Home Time,” a television show that followed home construction and design.
After extensive investigation and two years of construction, their vision was fulfilled. This beautiful 7,600 sq ft, 3-level home features timber beams in the two-story great room, a copper-plated bar and ceiling and a dry-heat sauna on the lower level, and a large flagstone patio with pool and fire pit.
Next to the home, with the same exterior design, is a 4,900 sq ft garage built for vintage cars with a woodworking shop and office.
This beautiful home, with all of its exceptional features, will be available for touring during the 19th Annual Home Tour.
Tickets may be purchased in advance for $20 at the following locations:
