The Villages at Shawnee Bend is partnering with Community Foundation of the Lake to present the "Toast To Tomorrow": this year's can't-miss Champagne Campaign fundraiser.
CFL is a powerful force for charity in the Lake area, having awarded more than $144,000 in grants to local nonprofits last year, benefiting Camden, Miller and Morgan counties.
"Having been part of this community for nearly 30 years, we're committed to supporting its continued growth and well-being," said Jonathan Biggs, a second generation developer of The Villages. "The Community Foundation of the Lake's results in 2024 and 2025 showed us the power of their work, making this sponsorship a meaningful way to contribute at a larger scale."
Guests at the always-popular fundraising event will enjoy a dinner catered by Mama Cita’s Mexican Cantina and Pappo’s Pizzeria & Pub, followed by fundraising activities including: a live auction conducted by Bryant Auction, a silent auction, and games like wine toss and puppy races.
The auction will also include unique and valuable items like exciting vacation packages.Â
In the video above, Jesse Faulstich, broker associate representing the developer of The Villages at Shawnee Bend, talks about why the partnership matters, what makes the community unique, and how residents and businesses can be part of this special event.
