CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. — A Kansas City man was seriously injured in a crash on Route MM, just after midnight on Monday, July 22.
Alex Dee, 29, was driving a 2000 GMC Yukon and was fleeing a pursuit by law enforcement, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The Patrol says Dee’s vehicle began to skid, swerved off the road, and overturned.
Dee was not wearing a seat belt, authorities say, and sustained serious injuries in the crash. He was taken by Lake West Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.
