Decorate your own boat and join the parade. Prize for best costume/decorated boat and raffle drawing.
Event begins with an optional breakfast at Captain Ron's beginning at 8 a.m.
The annual Parade on the Water starts with breakfast, then everyone with a ticket climbs aboard a Celebration Cruise boat.
