The grand opening very intentionally falls on April 20, 2026, and will feature plenty of specials. The first 100 customers will receive goodie bags, and after the ribbon cutting at 3:30 p.m., Lake residents can enjoy live music from 4–7 p.m.
As a veteran-owned and operated business, the Colyers offer 15% off products for active military and veterans who come to Cannabiz Depot. “Luke was a Navy SEAL… well, I guess I should say ‘is,’ because it never goes away, so that's important to us,” Jenna Colyer said.
The Colyers also take pride in their products, specializing in cannabis strains that are high in THC, CBD, CBG, and CBN, and focusing on offerings that aid in sleep and pain management. “We understand that not everyone seeks the psychoactive effects commonly associated with cannabis,” the business states on the homepage of their website. “Thus, we adhere to our motto: ‘Not everyone wants to get high, some people just want to get better.’”

“I have the best team in the whole world,” Colyer said. “They spend as much time as needed with each customer.”
The Camdenton location’s drive-through makes quick pick-ups easy for customers who prefer not to leave their vehicles. Those who pre-order can snag a $5 preroll through the drive-through window. First-time customers at this location who leave a review with their purchase also receive a free preroll — another way Cannabiz Depot is building community from day one.
