Throughout his career, Philips has appeared on television and stages across the country, continuing to introduce new audiences to his unique brand of comedy.

Joining him for the evening is veteran comedian and comedy songwriter Tim Cavanagh, whose humor may already be familiar to longtime radio listeners.

Cavanagh is best known for writing and performing "99 Dead Baboons," a parody of Nena's 1980s hit "99 Red Balloons." The song gained national attention through The Dr. Demento Show and became one of his best-known comedy recordings.

His comedy and music have also been featured on the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show, where audiences came to know his blend of stand-up, original comedy songs, and quick wit.

Together, Philips and Cavanagh promise an evening filled with smart, quirky, and unpredictable comedy.

For comedy fans, the Sept. 30 performance offers a chance to see two nationally recognized comedians with decades of television, radio, and live performance experience right here at the Lake.
