Spring is swinging into Lake of the Ozarks, bringing a lots of events for every interest. From boat shows and golf tournaments to charity fundraisers, April is shaping up to be an exciting month. Whether you're hitting the water, the greens, or the town, there's plenty to do across the Lake.

Here's what's happening in April:

What To Do In April At Lake Of The Ozarks

Spring Splash Boat Show

When & Where: Saturday, April 5, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 3070 Bagnell Dam Blvd

Lake Ozark

1st Annual Creator Classic

When & Where: April 4-5, at Alhonna Resort, 677 Outer Dr., Lake Ozark

Here's a new tournament for fishing enthusiasts! Take off and weigh-in are at the 8 Mile Marker. Register here.

5k Color Run & Health Fair

When & Where: Saturday, April 5, 7:30 a.m. at Tri-County YMCA, 950 Airport Rd., Osage Beach

Central Ozarks Medical Center is hosting Pacing for Patients! There'll be giveaways, resources, and more.

Spring Boutique Crawl

When & Where: Saturday, April 5, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at participating Lake area boutiques. 

Pick up a punch card and map, then head to all 15 boutiques! The shopping experience will include in-store promotions, refreshments, and of course fashion and decor.

Boats 'n Babies

When & Where: Friday, April 11, 6 p.m. Big Thunder Speed & Luxury Showroom, 3401 Bagnell Dam Blvd., Lake Ozark

Italy is coming to the Lake! After indulging in the cuisine, tour luxurious boats all to support The Changing Table. Spots are limited. 

Bridge & Dam Races

When & Where: Saturday, April 12, 7:30 a.m. at The Strip

This is the largest foot race in the area. Proceeds of this event will benefit a number of local charities. Registration is open until Wednesday before the race.

Spring Big Bass Bash

When & Where: April 12-13, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Public Beach 2, Lake of the Ozarks State Park

Amateurs only! During this weekend, one bass will land the lucky angler a $100,000 payday. 

Lake Area Chamber Social 

When & Where: Tuesday, April 15, 5-7 p.m. at Brickhouse Gastropub, 1333 Bagnell Dam Blvd., Lake Ozark

This free event is open to all Lake Area chamber members and future members to gain visibility and connect with other business leaders.

Cocktails & Caddies

When & Where: Friday, April 18, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., The Oaks Golf Course, 1524 State Hwy KK, Osage Beach

During this golf tournament, teams of three will bid on a caddie during the live auction. Every player scores big with a luxurious package of premium items!

Easter Egg Hunt

When & Where: Saturday, April 19, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Osage Beach City Park, 950 Hatchery Road

The 10th annual hunt is free and features 35,000 candy-filled eggs, along with a special Golden Egg hidden in each age group—find one and win a free bike!

Dogwood Festival

When & Where: April 24-26, downtown Camdenton

The Camdenton Area Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to the 74th annual event of festivities.

Spring In-Water Boat Show

When & Where: April 25-27, Dog Days Bar & Grill, 1232 Jeffries Road, Osage Beach

The Lake's largest and longest-running show, presented by LOMDA. 

Two Bit Town Swap & Sale

When & Where: April 25-27, Former Two Bit Town & Rebel Arcade, 1505 Bagnell Dam Blvd, Lake Ozark

This swap meet and market will feature a little bit of everything from vintage treasures to retail finds to delicious eats.

BDAR Poker Run

When & Where: Saturday, April 26, noon to 5 p.m. at the Bagnell Dam Strip

Kick off summer with the Homeowner Appreciation Day Poker Run! Register at Neon Taco or Malted Monkey. There will be 12 participating bars, and all proceeds will be donated to the Eldon Dolphins Swim Team. 

Kids' Harbor BBQ Bash

When & Where: Saturday, April 26, 1-5 p.m., High Tide, 1675 Yacht Club Drive, Osage Beach

Come out for BBQ, fun, and live music to support Kids Harbor.

Clown Golf Classic

When & Where: Sunday, April 27, 8 a.m., Osage National Golf Club, 400 Osage Hills Road, Lake Ozark

This tradition has supported Lake area children in need for over 40 years. The tournament has breakfast, beverages on the course, and a BBQ awards luncheon.
