LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — Contractors working for the Missouri Department of Transportation will begin work on two Lake-area bridges, that will close two state highways through mid-August, beginning next week. 

The replacement of the Morgan County Route BB bridge over Richland Creek will begin on Monday. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area. Detour routes include Routes 52, D and N.

Replacement of the deck on the Miller County Route A bridge over Tavern Creek will also begin Monday. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area. Detour routes around the work area include Routes 17 and 42.
