Brian Paul Rulo, 46, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Friday, October 23, 2026 in Rocky Mount, Missouri. He was born January 1, 1980 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Charles W. Rulo and Barbara (Schelling) Cunningham. On October 6, 2013 in Camdenton, Missouri he was united in marriage to Stephanie (DeClue) Rulo who survives of the home.

Children, Nolan Benjamin Rulo; Blake Charles Rulo; and Addisen Diedrich

Siblings, Jeffery Rulo; Amanda Stanfill and Rachel Rulo

Mother and Father in-law, Margie and Raymond DeClue

Paternal Grandmother, Adeline Hoffmeister

Many brother and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews

His father, Charles Rulo, his paternal grandfather, Michael Hoffmeister, and brother in-law, Ronnie DeClue preceded him in death.

Brian was one of a kind. He loved his family and friends. He loved music, riding his motorcycle, cooking and helping others. Brian always had a positive attitude. His laughter, kindness and love will never fade. He will be missed dearly.

Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and services will be planned at a later date.

Memorials in his name are suggested In Care of the Family.
