MILLER COUNTY, Mo. — An Olean woman was hospitalized on Tuesday morning, after crashing along Route FF, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The Patrol says 32-year-old Melissa Ponting was driving north on Route FF at 6:45 a.m. on Sept. 13, when she fell asleep and her Chevrolet Uplander ran off the right side of the road. The minivan overturned, and Ponting sustained moderate injuries in the crash.

She was taken by EMS to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.
