CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. — A Camden County woman accused of neglecting her infant child has a chance to get out of jail on bond and visit her baby.
Jaimie Rose, charged in September 2016, with Abuse or Neglect of a Child, a Class B Felony, appeared before Judge Koeppen in the Camden Circuit Court on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, for a Preliminary Hearing. Rose was represented by her attorney, Christian Rasmussen.
Charged with neglecting her infant child, Rose was denied bond initially. Her arraignment occurred on Sept. 13, 2016, where she appeared in person and was advised of the formal charges against her. A counsel status hearing was conducted on Sept. 20, 2016, where Rasmussen argued for the court to grant bail and set a bond amount in the matter. After deliberation, the court set the bond at $75,000 surety with conditions regarding supervised visitation with Rose’s infant child.
Rose, through her attorney, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Circuit Court for arraignment on Nov. 14, 2016.
