JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Contractors for the Missouri Department of Transportation have completed work to improve roadways in Camden and Morgan counties.

Crews resurfaced Route 5 between Route 52 in Versailles and the Niangua Bridge near Camdenton, as well as added four-foot shoulders and rumble strips to the roadway.

MoDOT says it appreciates the patience of travelers during the work.
