OSAGE BEACH, Mo. — A local man was hospitalized in the early hours of Thursday morning following a crash on State Route KK.

According to the Osage Beach Police Department, 46-year-old Miguel Angulo Garcia, of Osage Beach, was driving a 2001 Chevy Tahoe west on Osage Beach Parkway when the vehicle went off the right side of the road, hit two highway signs, a light pole, and an embankment.

Police, fire and ambulance personnel responded to the scene, and Garcia was taken to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries.
