SUNRISE BEACH, Mo. — The Lake of the Ozarks West Chamber of Commerce is looking for a new Executive Director.
The chamber announced on Wednesday that Executive Director Karie Maasen has announced her resignation from the position.
The Board of Directors in the announcement thanked Maasen for the time and commitment she has given to the chamber, having served as a past board member and president, in addition to her current role. The board did not specify the reason for Maasen’s decision, only attributing it to “unforeseen circumstances.”
“We wish Karie the best of luck in her future endeavors and look forward to working with her in her various roles with the Chamber,” the organization said.
The next Chamber Networking Social will be held at Advantage Marine and hosted by Budget Blinds on Tuesday, Sept. 9. Members of the chamber and community are invited to come thank Karie for her work with the Chamber and in the community.
