LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in the mid-Missouri area for the period of Dec. 22, 2014 - Jan. 2, 2015. Scheduled lane closures will not take place on Thursday, Dec. 25 for the Christmas Holiday, and Thursday, Jan. 1 for the New Year's Holiday. Weather conditions may postpone the work schedule. Many projects will include lane closures that could cause delays.

Striping of roadways, mowing, brush cutting and guardrail repair continues in various locations. Motorists should travel with care and be alert to slow-moving equipment along the road.

Route 54 at Business Route 5 - Pavement and sidewalk improvements continue.
* The contractor will install pedestrian signal upgrades at the Town Square intersection the week of December 22. Occasional lane closures are likely in the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in late December.
Route A over Boer Creek, east of Seven Springs Road - Bridge maintenance will take place Tuesday, December 9 and Wednesday, December 10. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route J over Rainwater Branch, south of Nonsuch Road - Bridge maintenance will take place Thursday, December 11 and Friday, December 12. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
MILLER COUNTY

Route 17 between Route 52 and Route H - Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, December 22 through Friday, January 2. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route Y between Oak Hill Road and the end of state maintenance in Morgan County - Culvert pipe installation in various locations will take place Monday, December 22 through Friday, January 2. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route AA between Route 54 and Route C in Cole County - Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, December 22 through Friday, January 2. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route BB between Route 42 and the Maries County line - Culvert pipe replacement will take place Monday, December 22 through Wednesday, December 31. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
MORGAN COUNTY

Route BB between Route 135 and Buffalo Road - Culvert pipe replacement will take place on Tuesday, December 30. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Route KK between Route DD and Butterfield Trail - Culvert pipe replacement will take place on Tuesday, December 23. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
