MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. — A 39-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash Sunday evening at the Highway 52 and Highway 5 intersection.

The man, from Stover, Mo., was driving a 2009 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic around 5:34 p.m., Nov. 24, when a 1995 Ford F150 driven by a 77-year-old Tipton man turned into his path.

The man from Tipton, who was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt, was uninjured in the crash. A doctor with Capital Region Medical Center pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene at 6:13 p.m.

This is Troop F’s fourth fatality for the month of November, and the 46th for the year.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol no longer reports the names of drivers or injured parties in vehicular or boating incidents in Missouri. The patrol has cited scams as the reason for closing this information to public.
