OSAGE BEACH, Mo. — Last week’s heavy rains spelled a change in location for the 13th Annual Osage Beach Fall Festival.
The festival is typically held at the City Park, but the park has been temporarily closed for repairs after flood waters caused significant damage to the facilities.
The Fall Festival has been moved to City Hall, and is still scheduled for Sept. 7, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Assistant City Administrator Gina Woods said the city is still obtaining insurance estimates for the damage, and does not have a time frame for the completion of the repairs.
Among the planned activities:
- Food and refreshments
- Bounce houses and other inflatable games
- Petting zoo
- Adopt-A-Pet and pet booths
- Bow Wow Contest
- Arts and crafts booths
- Educational booths and displays
