More than 90 motorcycles proceeded through the Camdenton on Saturday, July 24, in honor of 25-year-old Blane Curley, whose funeral was held Saturday at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton.
Video of the biker procession is below.
Curley was killed in a gunfight on the Lake Ozark Strip, on Thursday, July 15. The brawl began as a fist-fight between biker clubs including the Mongols, the Midwest Drifters, and the Galloping Goose clubs. Authorities say the fight escalated and Curley, a member of the Mongols, pulled out a handgun. He was shot and killed by a member of one of the other clubs, authorities say.
The following week, the clubhouse for the Lake Ozark chapter of the Midwest Drifters was damaged by fire in the night. Authorities are investigating that incident. Past coverage is below.
