Shelter in a Storm: 2nd Annual Fall Fundraiser & Bake-Off
We're looking for bakers to enter our dessert competition this year! Showcase your baking talent and creativity by bringing 48 bite-size desserts from your favorite recipe and Fall design. First Place Winner will receive a trophy and "bragging rights".
Saturday, Nov. 1, 5-7:30 p.m.
Join us for a night filled with food, live music, and delicious desserts to support our community outreach, "Shelter in a Storm" that helps people with their immediate basic needs in Miller & Camden counties around the Lake. We continue to grow and are making a difference one person at a time.
Enjoy dinner catered by Angela's Lake Catering, taste and vote on your favorite desserts, listen to live music by "Me & Jim" playing your favorites from the 60s and 70s, enter for a chance to win fabulous raffle prizes, and bid on over 50 Silent Auction items and experiences to include . . . 2 lower-bowl tickets to the Chiefs vs. Chargers Dec. 14th Noon home game with Gold Parking Pass, round of golf for 4 at The Club at Porto Cima, a 24-hour tritoon rental, a guided fishing experience, restaurant gift cards, and so much more!
