CONFIRMED: Chick-fil-A Planning First-Ever Lake Of The Ozarks Location

It might be one of the most commonly heard cravings at Lake of the Ozarks, and now, Chick-fil-A has confirmed in an email to LakeExpo that the company is planning a location in Osage Beach, Mo.

The company would not confirm a location yet, but said it was in the "early stages of pursuing our first location" at the Lake. The full statement is below.

LakeExpo also spoke with a local construction contractor who confirmed that they had been approached by the company for a bid, for the construction of their new restaurant.

Chick-fil-A has more than 3,000 locations across 48 states, according to the restaurant's website, which adds, "Chick-fil-A opens a limited number of restaurants each year. While we receive hundreds of suggestions from customers on where they would like to see a new Chick-fil-A restaurant, the real estate team at Chick-fil-A, Inc. is responsible for selecting all new locations based on corporate goals for expansion in specifically targeted markets and other relevant business factors."

The company responded to an inquiry from LakeExpo with the following statement:

“We are always evaluating potential new locations in the hopes of serving existing and new Guests great food with remarkable service. We are in the early stages of pursuing our first location in the Osage Beach community. While we are excited about to opportunity to grow, we do not have any confirmed sites to share at this time. We look forward to sharing updates as our plans develop.
