SUNRISE BEACH, Mo. — Three condo complexes in Sunrise Beach are working to remedy an issue with their fire sprinkler systems.
On Thursday, Aug. 25, the board of TT Water and Sewer Company organized a conference call with all parties connected to the fire sprinkler-pressure problem at three condominium developments on the water near Sunrise Beach.
Representatives of the Sunrise Beach Fire Protection District, Nantucket Bay Condominiums owners association, Westside Bay Condominiums owners association, Nantucket Rentals, the Department of Natural Resources and others addressed specific aspects of the issue and discussed possible solutions.
TTWSC representatives again proposed a cost-sharing arrangement they first put forward more than a year ago. A second meeting aimed at a final resolution of the matter is scheduled for next week.
A TTWSC spokesperson noted, “All parties involved are working toward a solution that meets all state and fire department requirements.”
