This year’s theme, “Golden Promise: Where Compassion Becomes Permanency,” reflects CMFCAA’s work to help children and families move from immediate care and support toward long-term stability, connection and permanency.

Guests will enjoy a professionally prepared dinner, live and silent auctions, games, cocktails and firsthand stories from families connected to CMFCAA’s work. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the venue: 415 W. McCarty St. in Jefferson City.

“The Legacy of Love Gala is a celebration of what can happen when a community chooses to stand with children and families,” CMFCAA CEO Jill Quaid said. “Every ticket, sponsorship and gift helps turn compassion into real support, creating opportunities for children to experience stability, connection and a sense of belonging.”

Individual tickets are $75 and include dinner. Guests also will have the opportunity to participate in games, including Paddles Up, Heads or Tails and a wine pull. Live and silent auctions also will be held throughout the evening.

One of the auction items is a $500-value getaway from Cedar Creek Resort & RV Park in Columbia. The certificate includes a two-night stay in a two-bedroom, two-bath cabin or $500 toward a stay in the resort’s A-Frame or Cottage.

Sponsorship opportunities also are available.

Proceeds support essential resources and services for foster, adoptive and kinship families across the organization’s 24-county service area. CMFCAA provides clothing and other essentials through The Trunk and Traveling Trunk, care packs, trauma-informed training, kinship advocacy, respite opportunities, family support and intensive services that help children and families build safe, lasting connections.

Tickets, sponsorships and additional information are available at mofosteradopt.com/gala.
