A Mid-Missouri Conservation Agent saved an owl and, after its rehabilitation, has returned it back to the wild.Â
Last fall, Cole County Conservation Agent Cole Eidson helped rescue a screech owl in mid-Missouri. The raptor had received head trauma and eye damage after being hit by a vehicle.
After a successful rehabilitation at Raptor Rehab, in January vet technicians and Eidson were able to release the owl back to the natural area where it was found.
