Surf Fest is already going to be an epic event this Saturday for watersports enthusiasts. Everyone is invited to experience the action by land and water.Â
The wake surfing starts at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 27. Last-munite registration for riders: 9:30 a.m.
By boat:Â Idle through the no-wake zone of the Glaize Arm, turn to port for Pin Oak Hollow Cove.Â

This event is an all-ages, all-skill-level, family-oriented surf contest with no professional riders competing. The goal is to keep this contest family focused, working to ensure that no one is too intimidated to compete.
Last-minute riders may sign up to compete up until the morning of the event at Pin Oak. However, registration online before Friday is greatly appreciated by organizers.Â
Prizes:
- 1st Place: Board of Choice from Phase 5
- 2nd Place: $500 cash
- 3rd Place: $250 cash
- Biggest Landed Trick: HO Play Pad
