It was Trump’s birthday and Flag Day, on June 14, 2020, and boaters celebrated both, en masse, with a massive parade on Lake of the Ozarks. Onlookers estimate there were about 350 boats with U.S. and Trump flags participating in the event. Many boats had tubes in tow, and looked like they were headed out on the Lake for the day, after the parade.

Participants ate breakfast at Camden on the Lake, and then opened wide and roared up the Lake to Captain Ron’s: about a 27-mile trek. There were so many boats, some participants in smaller vessels said they had to bail out of the event before it was over, because of the heavy water churn in the midst of the parade.
