They Honeymooned At Lake Of The Ozarks; Now They're Celebrating 50 Years Of Marriage At Their Lake Home

A local couple who honeymooned at the Lake of the Ozarks 50 years ago is celebrating half a century of marriage, now here as full-time residents.

Larry and Jeanne Laminger celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at the Lake of the Ozarks Swing Dance Club's June dance, and a Luau party held at their home in Lake Ozark. Larry and Jeanne were married in St. Louis on June 22, 1968. They honeymooned at the Lake of the Ozarks then, and finally accomplished the dream of many who love the Lake: they became full time residents in 2004. Larry and Jeanne have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
