Boaters will navigate to the Glaize Arm on Saturday for a great tie-up in Pin Oak Campground Cove for Surf Fest.Â
The event is the brainchild of Stateamind, Iguana, Malibu and Axis.

Boaters can come Saturday morning, July 26, to start coving out and cheering on the riders at Pin Oak Campground's Cove, Lake of the Ozarks State Park. The cove is just the other side of the Grand Glaize Arm's No-Wake Zone, and veer left.Â
The competition starts at 9 a.m.Â

"We loved Surf Fest last year, sponsoring the event was a no-brainer," said LakeExpo Real Estate Broker/Partner Annie Faulstich. "We have our Client Appreciation Dock Party that same day (near Pin Oak), and the guys at Stateamind and Iguana actually came to our dock last year and shuttled our guests to the event, so they could enjoy it up close. That was pretty awesome."Â
To be super clear, this event is for amateurs only (no pros allowed), but there's still going to be prize money on the line.
Prizes:
- 1st Place: Board of Choice from Phase 5
- 2nd Place: $500 cash
- 3rd Place: $250 cash
- Biggest Landed Trick: HO Play Pad
Spectators can also watch on land at Camp Pin Oak campground, but the front-row seats are best had by joining the boat tie-up -- at it's a lot cooler in the water.Â
