Shootout Schedule! Here’s What To Know For Shootout Events & The Big Races

LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — The Lake of the Ozarks Shootout is the Lake’s biggest event of the year, drawing massive crowds the weekend before Labor Day Weekend, annually.

However, the Shootout is more than just two days of boat racing. Events through the month of August, especially the week leading up to the Shootout races, give boaters and the general public the chance to support Shootout charities, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the gloriously fast boats that will run on the Shootout race course that weekend.

Here’s a full schedule of Shootout events, beginning with the Golf Tournament on Aug. 1 and culminating in the big races on Aug. 27–28.
