LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. — Three people are dead after a late-night boat crash, and the boat’s driver is facing multiple felony charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol has identified all of the people involved in the crash that took place in the early hours of Saturday, May 19, including the three who were killed. They are:
22-year-old Hayden Frazier, of Overland Park, Kan. — driver — hospitalized with moderate injuries, and then arrested
21-year-old Ashley Lamb, of Olathe, Kan. — hospitalized with serious injuries; flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield

21-year-old Hailey Hochanadel, of Olathe, Kan. — pronounced dead at the scene at 11:14 a.m. after divers recovered her
Next-of-kin have been notified for all victims, the Patrol reported.
According to the MSHP, the 1991 Regal Runabout driven by Hayden Frazier was headed upstream when it crashed into a rock bluff at the 47.5 Mile Marker. Frazier and two others were thrown into the water, and the Patrol says Frazier got back into the boat and paddled to a dock across the channel. After being treated at Lake Regional Hospital, Frazier was arrested at 6:29 a.m. and taken to Camden County Jail on possible charges of:
-3 counts of BWI causing death of another
-1 count of BWI causing serious physical injury
-Negligent operation of a vessel, first offense
He was released after a 24-hour hold. Then, on Tuesday, May 29, Camden County Prosecutor Heather Miller said the MSHP investigation had revealed Frazier was not the driver of the boat. Miller said Frazier would not be charged in the incident.
