Whether you're arriving by boat or strolling down the Bagnell Dam Strip, Neon Taco has become one of those must-stop restaurants at Lake of the Ozarks.

Bright colors, waterfront views, handcrafted margs, and a menu packed with fresh Mexican-inspired favorites make it an easy choice for lunch, dinner, or drinks with friends. From signature bowls and street tacos to frozen cocktails perfect for a hot summer day, there's always something new to try.

Plus, they've always got something fun cooking.

Last summer, Neon Taco hosted its "Last One Standing" PWC giveaway, where the last person to keep their hand on a personal watercraft won it. This summer, on July 25, the restaurant is switching things up with a day full of fun challenges and a raffle for an unforgettable prize: two floor seats to see Olivia Rodrigo in Nashville this November, plus a hotel stay. Every item purchased on July 25 earns one raffle ticket, giving guests more chances to win with every purchase.

As if you needed another reason to head to the brightly colored hotspot next to Bagnell Dam.

What To Eat

NEW: Crispy Chicken BLT Taco

This basically combines two comfort foods into one, and it's the perfect way to get ranch on a taco. House-battered chicken strips are tucked inside two puffy tortillas (inspired from a place in Iowa).

Topped with chunks of crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomato for the BLT, and finished with cotija cheese, cilantro, and a drizzle of homemade ranch. Messy, but worth it.

TOP SELLER: Neon Bowl

It's easy to see why the Neon Bowl is a best-selling item. Seasoned chicken is grilled then layered over cilantro lime rice and black beans for the base. But the toppings bring added flavor with guacamole, cheddar jack cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, and chipotle aioli.

It's ok if you scrape the bowl for every bit.

SHAREABLE: Taco Tray

Can't decide? This tray lets you sample several signature flavors and split it with the table. You'll get three of each taco: Al Pastor, Street, and Neon, plus sides of your choice like street corn, refried beans, or rice.

The Al Pastor (marinated pork) is simple and delicious with sweetness from pineapple. Savory flavors shine in the Street Taco with marinated churrasco steak, onion, cilantro, and cotija cheese. The Neon Taco rounds things out with juicy chicken and extra toppings like lettuce, pico, cheddar jack cheese, and chipotle aioli.

What To Drink

NEW: Soft Serve Margaritas

One of the newest additions to the menu is already turning heads. These frozen soft-serve margaritas come in Lime, Strawberry, or Twist and are made with real Cazadores Tequila. They're lactose-free, topped with a tequila floater, and deliver a cool, creamy treat that's equal parts dessert and cocktail.

House Margarita

A classic margarita never goes out of style. Neon Taco's House Marg features Hornitos Tequila and Organic Ripe Juice in a new lower-sugar recipe that delivers the same tangy, refreshing flavor. Order it with a traditional salt rim or kick it up with Tajín.

Cocoberry Margarita

If you're looking for something a little different, the Cocoberry Margarita blends 1800 Coconut Tequila with creamy coconut and blueberries for a smooth, lightly sweet cocktail that's perfect for a hot summer day.

What are you waiting for? Head to Neon Taco at 1076 Bagnell Dam Blvd. in Lake Ozark—or the 0 Mile Marker by water.
