JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — A disciplinary hearing for Missouri State Highway Patrol Sergeant Randy Henry scheduled for next week has been delayed.

The Patrol announced on Friday that the hearing, which was scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 28–29, had been delayed due to Henry’s attorney, Chet Pleban, requesting a continuance. A new hearing date has not been set. Pleban could not be immediately reached for comment.
